We offer refunds within 14 days of receiving the product. Please inspect the product upon receipt and notify us as soon as possible if you wish to request a refund.

Eligibility

  • The product must be in new, unused condition.

  • The original packaging and tags must be retained.

  • Certain products are not eligible for a refund (e.g., discounted items, personalized products).

Refund Process

  • Contact: Send an email to offroadstore.ca@gmail.com to our customer service with your refund request. Please include "REFUND" in the subject line of the email.

  • Verification: Our customer service will verify the refund request and provide further instructions.

  • Refund: After verifying the return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 days to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or damaged products.
